Coral reefs are some of the most valuable ecosystems on the planet.
They cover 0.1% of the ocean floor but sustain at least 25% of all marine species.

High water temperature, ocean acidification, sea level rise, increasing intensity of tropical storms, pollution from land and sea, development, disease and invasive species are all negatively impacting our reefs.
Antigua & Barbuda has three ongoing coral restoration projects which include a number of nurseries and outplant areas which we support.
